Unleash Your Journey through the Art of Movement!

ArsMovens Notation

Where movement turns into language

ArsMovens

ArsMovens is an original method created by Luciano Luca Carlino to represent, teach, and design human movement in a structured yet creative way. Inspired by the avant-gardes of the 20th century, such as Laban, Meyerhold, and Grotowski, it integrates anatomical symbols, dynamic qualities, musical rhythm, and cognitive phases into a codified and versatile system, applicable to dance, physical theatre, fitness, and performance. It is designed to be taught, shared, and, in the future, integrated with digital tools and artificial intelligence.

ArsCura

ArsCura brings the healing power of art into social and educational contexts, using movement and creativity as therapeutic tools. As a member of the CID (International Dance Council), a partner of UNESCO, I develop and promote the project to support Biopsychosocial well-being. ArsCura regenerates body and mind, fosters inclusion and resilience in vulnerable communities, and uses dance as a tool for social change and healing.

ArsViva

ArsViva promotes the recovery of the body’s natural movements, focusing on mobility, strength, and flexibility. The project helps participants rediscover their vitality through mindful movement practices, improving physical and mental health, and preventing discomfort, with a holistic approach that values a deep connection with the body
